The perfect poached egg has a creamy yolk with firm whites. There's nothing better than breaking into a poached egg and the yolk creating a sauce. They're essential to Eggs Benedict, delicious over home fries, and an easy breakfast on their own with a slice of toast. Poached eggs sound fancy but once you get the hang of it they are easier to make than you think.
