I found this on several sites and put my spin on it, A Dutch Baby has the same ingredients as a recipe that someone posted called Pannaukkau, which I have made many times and love it.The baby is cooked just a bit different it is has a more crunchy texture, no creamy center I highly recommend both. No one should ever bother making a popover when making the standing rib roast this can be made savory the same goes for the Baby it is so much faster easier and can be made in large pan for a large crowd with ease.

Tips: this will cook at different rates depending on your oven, the one I had looked at called for only 10 min. I have never cooked it for this short amt of time my oven must be way off just look for it to be brown and puffy. if you want it larger check out the one I pinched called Pannaukkau this is made in a larger pan, most of the babies I have researched do not add vanilla or cinnamon but I have chose to and will continue to figure out just how much I like to put in right now it’s just a splash and a pinch. I love adding my berries to the syrup and give it a good warm up in the microwave, I have been using no sugar syrup and the maker is carys it is awesome.
