Ingredients

  • 1 pkg
    refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 3
    eggs
  • 2 Tbsp
    cream, half n half or milk
  • 5 slice
    cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 c
    shredded cheddar cheese (or Monterey Jack)
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    black pepper
  • ·
    cooking spray
  • 2 Tbsp
    melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder

How to Make Crescent Breakfast Cups

Step-by-Step

  1. Spray a mini muffin tin with cooking spray. Mine has 24 cups.
  2. Open crescent dough and pull off enough to fit in the tin. Press up sides to form a cup of dough in each. In a small dish mix melted butter and garlic powder. Lightly brush this inside the crescent cups.
  3. In a bowl, beat eggs with cream, salt, pepper, and cheese.
  4. Sprinkle bacon in the bottom of each cup.
  5. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of egg mixture into each cup.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes on 375. Then enjoy!
