Just a quick lunch idea. I had a leftover boiled egg, and a leftover strip of bacon. Add cheese and you have a treat!

    hard cooked egg
  • 1 slice
    bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1-2 Tbsp
  • 2 Tbsp
    shredded cheese
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Bacon and Egg Salad


  1. Chop egg and bacon and place in a small bowl. Stir in mayonnaise and cheese; mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve open-faced on toast.
