    sour cream

    eggs
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
    parsley
  • 1/4-1/3 c
    breadcrumbs
  • 2 Tbsp
    melted butter
  • salt and pepper, to taste

How To Make austrian eggs in sour cream

    Pour the sour cream into a shallow casserole dish. Break the eggs on top of the sour cream one by one.

    Scatter the chives, parsley and breadcrumbs over the mixture. Pour the melted butter over the top and season with salt and pepper.

    Bake in a hot oven at 450 degrees until the eggs are set and the top is browned, approximately 10 minutes.
