How To Make austrian eggs in sour cream

1Pour the sour cream into a shallow casserole dish. Break the eggs on top of the sour cream one by one.

2Scatter the chives, parsley and breadcrumbs over the mixture. Pour the melted butter over the top and season with salt and pepper.

3Bake in a hot oven at 450 degrees until the eggs are set and the top is browned, approximately 10 minutes.
