I have had Chocolate chip Zucchini pancakes, but not with apples. The cakes are tasty with Zucchini or without. I thought I would add a few touches to my Pancake recipe. I topped them off with a buttery cinnamon Maple syrup. These cakes will satisfy your sweet tooth for sure.I love the flavors together. They are defiantly a tasty treat!
