1soft, whole wheat tortilla, large

2breakfast turkey sausages

2 tspvegetable oil

4eggs

1/2 cskim milk

1/2onion, chopped

1bell pepper, chopped

1tomato, chopped

1 cbroccoli, chopped

1/2 cgrated parmesan or mozzarella cheese

1/2 cbreadcrumbs or panko

saltto taste

pepperto taste

How to Make Healthy Breakfast Quiche
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Spray pie pan with cooking spray OR grease lightly with oil. Place large tortilla in pie pan, arranging it to form a crust.
- Remove sausage meet from casings and crumble.
- Heat oil in skillet. Add sausage meat and vegetables and cook, stirring, until done.
- In separate bowl, whisk eggs and milk together until well mixed. Add cheese, breadcrumbs and salt and pepper. Stir to blend.
- Add cooked vegetable mixture to egg mixture and stir.
- Pour filling into pie plate. Place in heated oven and cook for approximately 25 minutes. Remove from oven and let sit for a few minutes before serving.
