Step-by-Step

  • 1Saute the first 4 ingredients for 3 to 5 minutes on medium-high heat.
  • 2Add beaten eggs to the meat-veggie mixture and cook until the eggs are firm.
  • 3Add the cheese over top and cook until the cheese is melted.
