Great brunch recipe. This came from my grandmother's neighbor. I was skeptical (i think the cottage cheese freaked me out), but sold once I made it for a crowd and it dissapeared!

  • 6 large
  • 1 c
  • 1 tsp
  • 2 tsp
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, cubed
  • 16 oz
    muenster cheese, cubed
  • 1
    cottage cheese, 16 oz
  • 2/3 stick
    butter or margarine
  • 1/2 c
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder

How to Make Cheese Souffle


  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Beat together the eggs, milk, salt and sugar.
  3. Add in the cheese and melted butter.
  4. Whisk in the flour and baking powder,
  5. Pour into a 13 x 9 inch baking dish and bake for 40 minutes.
