Even though this is called "Breakfast Hotdish", I make this for dinner allot as its my kids favorite meal! This recipe has been in the family for several years! Enjoy!!!

Ingredients For breakfast hotdish

  • 1 lb
    jimmy dean sausage
  • 1 bag
    sage croutons
  • 4 to 6
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 2 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup

How To Make breakfast hotdish

    Using a 9 X 13 pan Spray with Non Stick spray.

    Layer Croutons on bottom of pan, top with browned, drained sausage and cheese, next mix 1/2 cup milk to eggs. Mix well and top ingredients with the egg mix.

    Cover and refrigerate overnite. When ready, Pre Heat oven to 350. Mix 1/2 cup of milk with Cream of Mushroom soup in a bowl and pour over casserole, I use more cheese to top it off!!! Bake 1 Hr. Uncovered
