  • 12 oz
  • 1 lb
    pork sausage
  • 1/2 c
    diced, onions
  • 1/2 c
    diced, green peppers
  • 12
  • 1 c
    heavy cream
  • 1 - 4 oz
    can mushrooms, drained
  • 1 - 8 oz
    shredded, cheddar cheese
  • ·
    salt & pepper to taste

How to Make Low Carb Breakfast Bake


  1. Brown the bacon, sausage, onions, mushrooms and peppers; drain.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the eggs. Add cream and salt and pepper, to taste.
  3. In a greased 9x13 inch pan, spread the meat mixture. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the top.
  4. Top with cheddar cheese. Cover and chill overnight.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees F for 50-60 minutes, until golden brown and a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.

    NOTE: If not chilled, bake only 40-45 minutes.
