1 cup red lentils (soaked for about four hours)3 cups of red rooibos tea (yep, tea! we had leftovers and I thought I’d be creative)
2 apples, diced
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp clove
1 tsp turmeric (optional, but highly recommended)
Maple syrup
