Yummy Sweet Rolls

Ingredients

1 pkgyellow cake mix
-
2 pkgdry yeast (2-1/4 tsp = .25 pkg)

5 cflour
-
2-1/2 chot water
-
4 Tbspmargarine, divided
-
·brown sugar ( just sprinkle evenly)
-
·cinnamon (just lightly shake some on evenly)
-
·raisins ( as many or as little as you like)
-
TOPPING:
-
1cube butter or margarine
-
4 Tbspbrown sugar
-
3 Tbspcorn syrup, light
How to Make Yummy Sweet Rolls
- Mix first three ingredients.
- Add Hot water, blend well.
- Cover bowel and let rise until doubled in size.
- Cut in half and roll rectangular shape. Spread with Two tablespoons of butter or margarine. Sprinkle with brown sugar, cinnamon and raisins.
- Toll up and cut into 1-1/2 inch slices. Place in a greased pan with high sides. Repeat with other half of the dough.
- Cover and let rise til doubled.
- Preheat oven to 375
- Combine topping ingredients and spread over the tops just before baking.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes
- Chocolate cake mix is good.. I just omit raisins and add chopped pecans. Also have added some dried chopped dark cherries.
