Ingredients For pani popo

    frozen "rhodes rolls"
  • 1 can
    unsweetened coconut milk
  • sugar to taste

How To Make pani popo

    Spray an 8x8 casserole dish with pam. Place the frozen rolls in the dish.

    Pour the coconut milk into a small bowl. Begin by adding 1 tablespoon of sugar to the milk. Taste it. If you want it sweeter then add more to your liking. After you have sweetened the milk, pour the entire bowl of milk over the frozen rolls.

    Spray a piece of saran wrap with pam and place it over the rolls. Let the rolls sit on the counter about 5 hours or per package directions. Bake on 350* for about 17 minutes and golden brown on top or per package directions.
