Ingredients For one pan cranberry bread

1/4 cvegetable oil

1/2 csour cream

1/4 cmilk

3 lgeggs

2 1/3 cbisquick baking mix

3/4 csugar

2 Tbspgrated orange peel

3/4 cfresh or frozen cranberries, chopped

1/2 cchopped nuts, any kind
- GLAZE

1/2 cpowdered sugar

3 tsporange juice, fresh
How To Make one pan cranberry bread

1Heat oven to 375 degrees. Generously grease bottom of loaf pan.Stir all ingredients except cranberries and nuts in with fork until moistened; beat vigorously 1 minute. Stir in cranberries and nuts. Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 50 to 55 minutes. Cool 5 minutes Run knife or metal spatula around sides of loaf to loosen; remove from pan. If desired, cool loaf completely and drizzle with glaze.
