How to Make Monkey Bread

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a large bowl that has a tight-fitting lid.
  2. Cut biscuits into fourths and put in cinnamon and sugar mixture one can at a time.
  3. Shake until well-coated.
  4. Repeat with remaining quartered biscuits.
  5. Put biscuit pieces into a bundt pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
  6. Mix remaining sugar mixture with melted butter and pour evenly over biscuits.
  7. Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes.
  8. As ovens vary, check center for doneness.
