I and one of my daughters eat wheat free. This is one of the best recipes I've run across for wheat-free baked goods. Really delicious with no "weird" gluten-free taste or texture. I got the recipe from the Nutiva (coconut oil) website. The only changes I made, were to use almond meal instead of blanched almond flour and the addition of nuts.
