Ingredients

  • 3 c
    all purpose flour
  • 2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 4
    eggs
  • 2 c
    white sugar
  • 2 c
    canned pumpkin
  • 1 1/2 c
    canola oil
  • 1 1/2 c
    chocolate chips (6 oz pkg.)

How to Make CHOCOLATE CHIP PUMPKIN BREAD

Step-by-Step

  1. IN LARGE BOWL, COMBINE FLOUR, CINNAMON, SALT, BAKING SODA. IN ANOTHER BOWL, BEAT EGGS, SUGAR, PUMPKIN, & OIL.
  2. STIR IN DRY INGREDIENTS JUST UNTIL MOISTENED. FOLD IN CHIPS.
  3. POUR INTO 2 GREASED LOAF PANS. BAKE 60-70 MINS. OR UNTIL TOOTHPICK COMES OUT CLEAN. COOL 10 MINS.

    GIVES YOU 16 SLICES, DEPENDING ON HOW THICK YOU CUT THE SLICES.
