Look no further, this is the Best...really! I have tried so many recipes over the years, and my mom's is the best. It is moist and just the right amount of sweetness. Hope you enjoy as much as our family and neighbors in Nashville!

Ingredients For best ever banana bread

  • 3/4 c
    vegetable oil
  • 3
    eggs
  • 4
    bananas, ripe
  • 1 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 3/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 2 c
    flour
  • 1/2 c
    pecans, in pieces

How To Make best ever banana bread

    Combine oil, eggs and bananas in blender.

    Combine other ingredients in bowl, and stir in Banana mixture.

    Bake in 2 greased loaf pans 40 minutes, 350 degrees. May add pecans if desired.
