Banana Salsa Bread
The Chunky Salsa adds body and a bold kick of flavor to the banana bread. It will disappear before it is even cool! Try a piece and see...(Sheri I know you want a piece...LOL)
1/2 cbutter, softened
1 cgranulated sugar
2 largeeggs, unbeaten
3 largeover-ripe bananas, mashed
1 cpace* chunky salsa
1/4 cdairy buttermilk
2 call purpose flour
1 tspbaking soda
1 tsplemon juice
How to Make Banana Salsa Bread
- Heat oven to 350^. Spray bottom and corners of 9x5 loaf pan ,place wax paper in the pan and spray it too.
- Cream butter and gradually add sugar creaming well. Add eggs, bananas, salsa and lemon juice.
Add flour, soda and mix alternately with the milk and dry ingredients. Beginning and ending with dry ingredients. Blend well after each addition. Use low speed.
