I found a recipe years ago that looked like just the right one for cranberry bread, but it needed a few adjustments. After years of making this bread, I think I have it just right. Everybody always asks for another slice!

Blue Ribbon Recipe

Packed with fresh cranberries and dried fruit, this abundant cranberry bread lives up to its name. It has a similar texture to fruit cake but is full of cranberry orange flavor. Serve warm with a slather of butter during the holiday season for a delicious treat. Or, package a loaf and share it with a friend. This cranberry bread would make a lovely homemade gift.
