Years ago, I have a russian co-worker. His name is Nikolai. One day we had a potluck and he brought this to work. It is so good specially the bun part. I wish I did ask him for the recipe at the time but I didn't. I searched online and I found this. The filling is so delicious! I fried a couple to try and bake the rest so that I can put it in the freezer.
