I had these at our county fair. they were so chewy and delish I copied it. Now I dont have to wait for the fair to come to eat these

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg
    of bagels
  • 4 c
    cooking oil
  • ·
    spreadable cheese ( i prefer sharp cheddar) bacon cheese is also good.
  • ·
    you can also you powdered sugar frosting and sprinkle cinnomon sugar over them for a sweet treat

How to Make County Fair Bagel Bites

Step-by-Step

  1. cut bagels in 6's
  2. lay in cooking oil. I use stove, but you can use a deep fryer
  3. cooking for about a min or so then turn over. you want them to turn golden brown. when both sides are golden brown take out and place on plate with napkin.
  4. sprinkle garlic salt over bagels, add cheese spread and enjoy.
