Ingredients

2 1/2 ccubed cooked corned beef
-
16 ozjar sauerkraut, rinsed and drained well

2 cshredded swiss cheese
-
2 cshredded cheddar cheese
-
1 cmayonnaise
-
1 or 2 pkgparty snack rye bread,toasted
How to Make Corned Beef Snack
- In a 3 quart slow cooker- combine all ingredients but the bread. Stir to combine.
Cover and cook on low 3-4 hours or until heated through and cheeses are melted, stir occasionally.
