Ingredients

How to Make Beer bread

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. in large bowl add 3 cups sifted flour ( I just measure my flour then run a fork through it)
  3. add baking powder salt and sugar mix well
  4. slowly add 1(12oz) can of beer (I like bud-light the best)
  5. Melt butter in a sauce pan or in the microwave
  6. pour beer mixture into a greased cake pan or loaf pan
  7. pour melted butter over mixture
  8. bake for 1 hour at 375
  9. after removing from oven, remove from pan and cool for 15 minutes (it will become very hard if forgotten to remove from pan)
