I had ran of pineapple so decided to try apples instead. May you be as peasantly surprised as I am with the taste.

Ingredients

  • 2 medium
    eggs
  • 1-1/2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    almond extract
  • 4 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 c
    carrot
  • 1/2 c
    water or milk
  • 1 medium
    apple
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/2 c
    coconut oil

How to Make A+Carrot Bread

Step-by-Step

  1. Peel & cube cut apples. Place in saucepan w/ water, coconut oil, br.sugar. Simmer until bubbly.
  2. Mix dry ingredients then add eggs into center next add flavoring, milk. Stir. Fold together until moist.
  3. Pour cooked sweetened carrots & Apples into mixture. Mix well. Bake batter into a loaf on 350 " pan for 60 minutes. Cool, slice, serve. Is Good for any occasion.
