Ingredients

  • 1 c
    Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 c
    All Bran Cereal
  • 1 c
    Whole Gain Cornmeal
  • 1 c
    dry milk powder
  • 1 pkg
    active dry yeast
  • 1/4 tsp
    Salt
  • 2-1/2 c
    Water
  • 2
    Eggs, well beaten
  • 3 Tbsp
    Canola Oil
  • 3 Tbsp
    Honey

How to Make Three-Grain Waffles

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine dry ingredients. Add water, eggs, oil & honey. Beat with electric mixer for 1 minute on medium speed. Cover loosely & refrigerate overnight.
  2. Give the mixture a stir before placing 1/2 cup on preheated waffle iron. Close lid quickly. Cook 5-6 minutes. Serve with butter & syrup plus fruit if you like. Simple.
