Ingredients

  • 3
    bananas (very ripe)
  • 1/2 c
    peanut butter, creamy
  • 1/4 c
    oil
  • 1
    egg
  • 1/3 c
    sugar
  • 1/4 c
    brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 c
    whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 3/4 c
    reeses peanut butter cups (chopped)
  • 1/3 c
    milk chocolate chips
  • 3 Tbsp
    nutella

How to Make Nutella Swirled Peanut Butter Banana Bread

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Spray loaf pan with cooking spray and set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, stir together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Set aside. In a large bowl, whisk together bananas, peanut butter,oil,egg and both sugars.
  3. Pour dry ingredients into wet ingredients and stir until just combined. Batter will be very thick. Do not overmix.
  4. Let cool in loaf pan for 10 minutes. Then loosen edges with a knife. Let bread cool for 2 hours before cutting it.
