My grandmother always made the best dinner rolls. However, no one had her exact recipe. She was a pinch here and a pinch there kind of gal! It has taken me years but this recipe, according to my family, is now their favorite "grandma" rolls. Hope you enjoy them!

Place in a oiled bowl and let rise until double in size (approximately an hour). Punch down on a dough cloth and pinch off medium size balls of dough. I use a muffin pan and place two balls in each muffin cup brushed with butter. Let rolls rise again.
