We came up with a few enhancements to the recipe that will up your chaffle game. Chaffles can be used for sandwiches or as a base for pizza or eggs benedict. Top with berries and cream or sugar-free syrup for a sweet treat. They freeze wonderfully too. Once cool, place in a resealable bag and freeze. Take a chaffle out as needed and warm in a toaster oven.
