These are wholesome, moist muffins, so yummy! You can use strawberry yogurt and strawberries instead, if you like. Or use peach yogurt w/ pieces of fresh peacheas.

Ingredients For wild blueberry yogurt muffins

  • 1 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 c
    whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    splenda
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1
    8 oz container low-fat blueberry yogurt
  • 1 lg
    egg
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 4 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 2 c
    wyman's, ( or other brand,) frozen wild blueberries, thawed,drained.

How To Make wild blueberry yogurt muffins

    Heat oven to 350. Spray 12 muffin cups w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, stir together flours, sugar, Splenda, baking soda, and baking powder. In another bowl, combine yogurt, egg, vanilla, butter and blueberries. Stir yogurt mix into flour mix, Mix until just combined. Spoon mix into muffin cups, 1/2 way full. Bake 25 min, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
