    frozen all-white meat chicken nuggets,thawed
  • 3/4 c
    creamy french dressing
  • 3
    banana peppers,sliced
  • 1
    (8.5 ounce) package corn muffin mix
  • 2
    egg whites
  • 3/4 c
    milk
  • 1 c
    shredded monterey jack cheese

How To Make clayton corn muffins?

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

    Line muffin tin with paper baking cups.Spray each cup with cooking spray.

    In a small bowl,combine chicken nuggets,french dressing and sliced banana peppers;mix well.

    Stir together muffin mix,egg whites,milk and 1/2 cup shredded monterey jack cheese in a medium bowl until combined.

    Fill muffin cups halfway with batter.

    Add chicken nuggets mixture to each cup.Top with remaining batter.

    Sprinkle with remaining shredded cheese on top each muffin.
