Ingredients For chocolate chip banana muffins

3/4 cfirmly packed brown sugar

1/2 cbutter ( or margarine ) softened

1 1/2 cmashed ripe bananas

2eggs
-
1 tspvanilla
-
1 call purpose flour
-
1 cwhole wheat flour
-
1 tspbaking soda
-
1/4 tspsalt

1/2 cminiature semi sweet chocolate chips
How To Make chocolate chip banana muffins

1Heat oven to 350 F. In large mixing bowl combine sugar and butter. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until mixture is creamy, ( 1 to 2 minutes )

2Add bananas, eggs and vanilla. Continue beating, scraping bowl often, until well mixed ( 1 to 2 minutes ).

3In medium bowl stir together flours, baking soda and salt. Add flour mixture to banana mixture; stir just until moistened.

4Fold in chocolate chips. Spoon into greased muffin pans. Bake for 18 to 25 minutes; or until light golden brown. Cool 5 minutes; remove from pans
