A sandwich alternative for lunchboxes. Loaded with pizza favourites this is always a hit with my 4 children and husband. My boys take two to school in lieu of 2 sandwiches. These are good for 2 days and can be frozen and popped into a lunch box frozen and will thaw by lunch time. I normally make a double or triple batch to last the week.

Meat can be swapped for other meats such as pepperoni, broken up meatballs, bacon etc. Vegetarian option - forgo meats and add chopped pizza veggies (mushrooms, peppers, onions etc - they are best sauted first in my opinion) use 1 cup in total.
