Best-Ever Blueberry Muffins

Virginia (Ginger) Dean

Our two year old grandson, Johnny, is such a joy to spend time with. My husband and I have so much fun watching him discover new picking and eating blueberries for the first time. He likes to help me stir up good things to eat. So I'm happy when together we can enjoy really healthy foods like fresh blueberry muffins.

Note: The coconut oil in this recipe imparts a really delicious taste.
