Skim milk and reduced-fat baking mix easily make these lower calories with no loss in flavor. The strawberry extract gives a subtle but yummy flavor boost. In the words of my husband, "those are rad!"

Blue Ribbon Recipe

The perfect homemade muffin to go with your morning coffee. The distinct sweet and acidic flavor of the strawberry comes through in every bite. And, there's just the right amount of dried blueberries in these berry muffins. They seem to plump up while baking and give a flavor burst while biting into them. A quick and easy breakfast or snack.
