How To Make apple pie muffins

  • 1
-Preheat oven to 350. -Line cupcake/muffin pan with 12 liners, set aside. -Peel and core apples, dice and soak in salt water (2 c cold water 1/4 tsp sea salt) or 2-3 tbsp lemon juice for 3-5 minutes, then rinse and drain, leave diced apples in strainer for excess water to drain off. Mix together apple pie spice ingredients, if you don't have any. This will make extra, just store in air tight container or zip lock bag for future use.
