Hummin' Hummus Dip Platter
AND it's actually not bad for us!
It tastes a bit like having a Gyro.
2 pkg8 ounces cream cheese (neufchatel)
16 ozgarlic hummus
1/2 smallred onion chopped
1/2 ckalamata (greek) olives (black will work)
1 smallred pepper cleaned & chopped
1 smallcucumber, partially peeled and chopped
1 Tbspbalsamic vinegar
1 tspgreek seasoning mix
1/2 tspgreek seasoning mix
1 pkg8 ounce feta cheese crumbled
2 pkgpita chips or nahn bread
How to Make Hummin' Hummus Dip Platter
- Mix the softened Cream Cheese and 1/2 the hummus together with 1 tsp Greek seasoning. Layer this onto a large serving platter.
- Place the remaining Hummus over the cheese mixture. Sprinkle with the 1/2 tsp. seasoning
- Layer the cucumber, red peppers, red onions and chopped olives.
- Spread the Olives over all. Top with the Feta Cheese and evenly sprinkle with the Balsamic vinegar.
Serve with the chips or breads and move out of the way! It will go fast!
