My kids love pancakes!! This rich and moist pancake is a nice little twist if you want something different. Plus you can slip a fruit in on your kids =)

Ingredients For banana's over pancakes

  • 1 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1
    egg
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 2 Tbsp
    vegtable oil
  • 2
    ripe bananas ..mashed
  • toasted pecans and sliced bananas if desired

How To Make banana's over pancakes

    Mix all dry ingredients and set aside
  • 2
    Wisk egg , milk, and oil. Mix in mashed banana
  • 3
    Slowly mix dry ingredients into egg/milk mixture batter will be lumpy
  • 4
    Make pancakes on gridle or skilet as any other pancake. If you want pecans in pancakes you can sprinkle a few into individual pancakes while cooking.

    Serve with sliced bananas and pecans on top if desired. Drizzle with favorite syrup.
