This bread is so delicious that if you cut one piece, you are going to want another onefor sure. This has a mixture of flavors such as chocolate and the matcha green tea powder.

Ingredients

  • 2 stick
    butter, softened
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 4 large
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 2 Tbsp
    potato flour or corn starch
  • 2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 4 Tbsp
    cocoa powder
  • 21/2 Tbsp
    matcha green tea, instant

How to Make Chocolate Matcha Tea bread

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, one at the time.
  2. In a separate bowl mix flour, baking powder and corn starch. Alternatively add flour mixture and milk to butter mixture.Add vanilla extract.
  3. Divide dough to 2 equal parts. To one part add cocoa powder and to second part matcha tea.
  4. Pour dough alternatively to greased bread pan.Bake 70 minutes in 350 F preheat oven or until wooden stick comes out clean.
