I found this recipe on plainchicken.com. It is so easy! I made it for St Patrick's Day. I used Killian's Red beer. The next time I made it I used Blue Moon's Agave Nectar beer. It was just as yummy! It is one of those that you mix, dump, and bake. Hope you love it as much as I do!

Ingredients

  • 3 c
    flour
  • 1 Tbsp
    baking powder
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 12 oz
    beer (one bottle - i use killian's red)
  • 1 c
    cheddar cheese
  • 1 pkg
    ranch dressing mix
  • 1/4 c
    chopped, cooked bacon (or more!)
  • 1/2 c
    butter, divided

How to Make Cracked Out Beer Bread

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Combine flour, baking powder, salt, beer, cheese, Ranch mix, bacon and 1/4 cup melted butter. Pour into lightly greased loaf pan. Pour remaining melted butter over bread.
  3. Bake for 45-55 minutes.
