Ingredients For focaccia monkey bread

2tomatoes (not roma)

1 colive oil, plus extra for drizzling and for roasting tomatoes

1loaf of italian bread

2 cshredded mozzarella cheese

1 Tbspsalt

1 Tbsppepper

1 Tbsporegano, dried

1 Tbspbasil, dried

1 Tbspgarlic

1 Tbsprosemary, dried
How To Make focaccia monkey bread

1Cut tomatoes into slices, then into halves and quarters. Season with all spices except for garlic and rosemary. Place on olive-oil coated cookies sheet and bake at 400 for 15 minutes.

2In the meantime, tear up the bread into bite-sized pieces. Please in bowl and set aside.

3When tomatoes are soft, take them out of the oven and lower oven temp to 350.

4Pour olive oil into bread, add garlic and rosemary, and mix well until it is all incorporated.

5Into a bundt pan, layer bread, tomatoes and cheese, drizzling a little olive oil in between each later. When you get to your last layer, press spoon down on the top, to compact your layers together.

6Bake uncovered for 25 minutes. Flip bundt pan upsidedown on a plate to let the bread loose. Let cool for 5 minutes before eating.
