How to Make Beer Bread
- 1Preheat oven to 375F.
Butter loaf pan
- 2Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
Add beer and melted butter to flour mixture and stir until well combined.
- 3The batter will be sticky.
Pour into prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 45 minutes until golden brown and a pick inserted intom the center comes out clean.
- 4Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove to wire rack to completely cool.
