16 ozcream cheese, softened

4 ozcan jalapenos, chopped or diced

4 ozcan green chilies, chopped or diced

2 cshredded cheddar

2/3 ccooked bacon, crumbled
- CORN MUFFIN MIXTURE

2 pkgjiffy corn bread mix
-
2large eggs
-
1/2 cmilk

4 ozcan creamed corn
How To Make corn muffins with jalapenos, cheese and bacon

1Cook bacon and crumble into small bits

2Place cupcake liners into cupcake pan and spray lightly with non stick cooking spray

3Mix cornbread mixture ingredients then about add 2 tablespoons into each cupcake line

4Mix cream cheese mixture. Place 2 tablespoons of cream cheese mixture on top of cornbread mixture

5Top with bacon. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes
