Ingredients

  • 3.5 c
    all purpose baking mix
  • 1-2 Tbsp
    taco seasoning
  • 10 oz
    can diced tomatoes with green chiles, drained
  • 1 c
    shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 1 c
    milk

How to Make Spicy Biscuits

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine baking mix and taco seasoning mix in a large bowl.
  2. Add tomatoes, cheese and milk, stirring until soft dough forms.
  3. Drop dough by two tablespoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet 2 to 3 inches apart.
  4. Bake at 425 for 12 to 15 minutes or until biscuits begin to brown.
  5. Serve warm with butter, if desired.
