Yet another way to use up a large jicama I bought. They really don't have flavor of their own, but paired with flavor they add a nice texture and are good for you.

Ingredients For jicama apple cobbler bake

  • 3
    apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1 c
    jicama, peeled and sliced
  • 8 Tbsp
    (heaping) brown sugar
  • 5 dash
    all spice
  • 10 dash
    cinamon
  • 2 Tbsp
    lime juice
  • 2 c
    bisquick mix
  • 2/3 c
    milk

How To Make jicama apple cobbler bake

  • 1
    Mix first 6 ingredients together in a bowl, pour into greased 13x9 pan.

    Mix your bisquick and milk to form 13 biscuits; put on top of your apple, jicama mix.

    Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Enjoy with some fresh ice-cream or alone.
