Ingredients For 7-up biscuits

  • 2 c
    bisquick mix
  • 1/2 c
    7-up
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 1/2 stick
    butter

How To Make 7-up biscuits

    Put 1/2 stick of butter in 8 inch square pan, put in 350 oven to melt while making the biscuit dough. Watch carefully do not burn the butter.

    Measure 2 cups of Bisquick, 1/2 cup of 7-Up, 1/2 cup of sour cream into large bowl. Stir with fork till blended well.

    Put flour on your hands and on the counter (this is a very moist sticky dough) Roll into a ball and pat down the dough. Cut with biscuit cutter.

    Add biscuits to the buttered pan and bake at 450 degrees till golden brown on top. Serve. Makes about 10 or more biscuits depending on the size of your biscuit cutter. Yummy!
