INGREDIENTS
butter, to taste, softened, for greasing the dish
4 large eggs
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
1 (1-pound) head green cabbage, finely sliced
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons green onions, finely chopped, plus more, to taste, for garnish
2 tablespoons dill, chopped
1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
