¼ tsp each salt and pepper

dash nutmeg

¼ cup ketchup

1 tsp dijon mustard

2 tsp soy sauce or worcestershire sauce

½ cup beef broth
•
1 ½ TBSP all-purpose flour
•
3 TBSP water

1 egg, beaten
