1 cup sugar

3/4 cup apple sauce
•
1 egg or egg replacer equivalent
•
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
•
1/4 tsp baking soda
•
1/2 tsp vanilla
•
1 tbls + 1/2 tsp cinnamon, divided
•
1 cup powdered sugar
•
Optional: 1 apple
